Reuben William Koikai, is a Social Protection Expert from The Institute of finance management IFM- Dar es salaam 2016.

Reuben Koikai Has worked with several Organizations including Support for International Change
-SIC, IFM students Organization-IFMSO, and Tanzania fellowship of Evangelical Students-TAFES

Reuben Koikai is a Professional Event Host (MC) with more than 5 years of experience on both corporate and private functions. Currently, Reuben Koikai is dealing with Corporate Training, Motivational Speaking, Event Planning and Management for corporate and private functions.

 Reuben Koikai is also co-founder of MAASAI KOIKAI EVENTS Co. LTD.

He has assisted more than 150 Young leaders to develop strategic and Leadership plans.

He is a professional, certified young leader by John Maxwell programs.

Reuben Koikai is a reader who have succeeded to read about 199 books based on  leadership, relationship, carrier development and Life discipline.
